Description:

Red sandstone and blue lias squared and coursed rubble, remains of saddleback coping. 2 span, segmental headed arches, in all about 9 metres long and one metre wide partially covered by ivy at time of survey (December 1983). South front centre has reset red sandstone cross about 600 mm high with chamfered section of shaft from another structure below, its lower section below the path that runs beside the bridge; both appear to be reset medieval work.1
